I have worn this watch for about two years. It is very accurate, and keeps time within five seconds a month of the atomic clock in Boulder, CO. I like the gold accents on the band and case, and the gold treatment of the hands and hour markers on the face against the “gun metal gray” dial is striking. I have worn this watch while swimming in the ocean and had no problems, thanks to its 100 meters water-resistance. The watch is heavy, but reassuringly so. I have come to prefer stainless as the best watch material for sports watches; scratches can be buffed out, and it just looks good. I have also buffed out scratches on the mineral glass crystal. I can put this watch away for a month or two and it is still running and accurate. There can be little doubt that Seiko is one of the very top watchmakers in the world today.
