Customer Review: Great watch, nice and solid
I ordered this sight unseen, but according to the pictures. While it is not as dark as shown in the picture, it is still a nice gunmetal color, and is indeed much darker than the typical fossil silver. This is my 3rd fossil watch and its by far my favorite. Its huge, and heavy, but you get used to it very quickly and its nice to wear, the size is after all why I purchased it. Overall though, its a great watch and I would highly recommend it to anybody, as long as they want a large watch. The face itself is one of the biggest I have ever seen on a fossil and in my 2+ months of owning it I still don’t have any scratches on it.

First of all let me say I’ve only had this watch for a few days now, so I can’t comment on scratch resistance or durability. However I have to say that the product picture couldn’t be more missleading. This thing is not black at all (it just looks like stainless that needs to be polished) this thing is so different from the picture, I even checked to make sure they shipped me the right 1 (they did). It doesn’t matter how the light hits it this thing never gets that dark looking. I give this such a low rating because I wanted a dark colored watch and this thing isn’t even close.
