Timex Women’s Ironman Triathlon Sleek 5 Lap Resin Strap Watch #T59211 Timex gives its signature Ironman Triathlon multi-function, performance sport watch a sleek new look that’s a great fit for both men and women. Featuring a full complement of athletic timing features and a striking profile, the Timex Triathlon Sleek T59211 has a metallic gray and blue resin case that’s complemented by a uniquely styled, slim profile gray and light blue resin strap. It features three alarms that can be set for daily/weekday/weekend/weekly alarms, two time zones, an all-day white reflector display for easy reading even in direct sunlight, and water resistance to 100 meters. Sport timing functions include:

• 100-hour chronograph with lap/split
• On-the-fly recall of lap or split
• Training log stores workouts by date, with best lap, average lap, and total segment time
• Total run format/synchro timer maintains total activity time (less time paused during workout) and overall running time
• Automatic interval repetition counter
• Forward or backward setting
• Built-in setting reminders
• Top pusher for easy access to lap and split

The Indiglo night-light uniformly lights the surface of the watch dial using patented blue electroluminescent lighting technology. It uses less battery power than most other watch illumination systems, enabling your watch battery to last longer. The Night Mode feature allows you to illuminate the Indiglo night-light for 3 seconds with any button press, regardless of the mode or function.
Customer Review: Functional, not pretty
I like the features on this watch, mainly I wanted something I could use to do timed running intervals and this accomplished that. My biggest complaint is that the band rapidly stained and changed color, so it looks dirty all the time. Because of that I only wear it for workouts.

Love this watch! This is my third Timex. It is one of the best watches I’ve owned. It keeps perfect time, clearly shows the date and time (in digital display), has a second hand, and I only need to change the battery approx. once every two years. It may not be fancy, but it certainly fulfills my every need in a watch.

Timex T5J983 Midsize Digital Fitness Heart Rate Monitor Watch Combining stylish looks with power sport timing and heart rate monitoring features, this mid-sized Timex Digital Fitness watch (model T5J983) can be worn by both men and women. It features a chest strap heart rate monitor, easily accessible function buttons, durable resin case, and comfortable resin strap with a stylish tapered profile. For integrating heart rate monitoring into your training, this watch enables you to track your avareage heart rate and pre-set target heart rate zones with data for time spent within that zone and alarms. It can also display data for calories burned and offers a recovery timer that measures your heart rate after a timed recovery during or after your workout. Sport timing features include:

• 27-lap memory with average heart rate per laps
• 100-hour countdown timer
• Alarm with 5-minute backup
• Month/day/date display with 12/24-hour time

The Indiglo night-light uniformly lights the surface of the watch dial using patented blue electroluminescent lighting technology. The watch is water resistant to 50 meters (165 feet)–suitable for swimming but not for diving. Customer Review: Works as advertised
Really small, definitely a feminine look. The daughter loves it and with the HRM, all’s well in the world.
The actual receiver has much closer range than originally anticipated, but this isn’t the Olympics either. Good product.

HOWEVER: changing the battery for a Timex is akin to brain surgery. I’ve done it three or four times and it is not for the average person.
Beware of the watch battery, it devalues an otherwise great product.

I got a great deal on this watch on Amazon. This same exact watch was $80 in a nearby retail chain! It comes with a heart rate strap and counts your calories burnt, and gives you your heartrate too. It can serve as a normal watch and is lightweight too!
